Kenyan Hip Hop Music is getting hotter by the months. Kenya is not about lions and long distance runners anymore. That’s right! Kenya is all about Hip Hop too. Believe it or not they are producing some pretty tight MC’s.

Kenyan Hip Hop Music Just ask Ludacris who had a chance to meet some when he went to South Africa for the official launch of MTV Base Africa. While Ludacris was there he had a chance to get some recording done for the video he rocked as “Pimpin’ All Over The World”.

Kenyan Hip HopAfrican Hip Hop is emerging and starting to make noise in the states as well as Europe! Popular MC’s such as Bouqui, Obiwon, 1Mosbonito and Bongo Flava are heading the pack. If you never heard an African Hip Hop artist it’s okay. Don’t think it’s all drums and screaming or yelling.

Even though you do have some Nigerian Rappers who fit that thug nigga...gansta commercial artist; you do have some hot Christian Hip Hop artist too coming out of Africa who are lyrically Ill.
