Frank White Cafe Coming To Brooklyn In Honor of Notorious BIG

A new cafe/lounge called Frank White has opened its doors mere blocks away from where The Notorious B.I.G. grew up.
The Frank White cafe opened in honor of The Notorious B.I.G. and will pay homage to the late MC by placing photographer Barron Claiborne’s famous image of a crowned Notorious B.I.G. in the café.
“We felt we couldn’t set up shop just steps away from where he grew up without honoring his memory in some ways,†says Frank White co-owner, Muhammida El Muhajir.
The grand opening of the new Brooklyn spot will take place tomorrow (Oct. 5). The ribbon cutting ceremony will be helmed by council member, Letitia James, and New York State Senator, Kevin Parker.
The event takes place at 10:00 a.m. at 936 Atlantic Avenue at St. James Place in Brooklyn.
