DMX Canine Clothing Line Problems

DMX is in the doghouse again, this time for failing to fulfill a contract to promo a canine-clothing line, AP reports. New York State Supreme Court Judge Jane Goodman has ordered the rapper to fork over $242,000 to Amusing Diversions Inc., which produced and marketed Boomer 129, a dog-clothing company named after X’s dog. DMX was supposed to promote the merchandise on TV, at concerts and elsewhere, but didn’t.
