David Banner the Rapper slash Producer Set To Join Hip-Hop Elite on ‘Rock The Bells Tour’. He is almost finished with the album Greatest Story Ever told coming in October on Universal Motown/SRC Records so now he joins the heavy weights on the 2007 Rock the Bells Tour.
